- Meet STO’s high standards—install truck accessories like bumpers, lights, goosenecks, 12‑V wiring, suspension, toolboxes, and more.
- Uphold safety and craftsmanship on every job.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project demands.
- Communicate clearly and support your teammates.
- Your own tools and equipment.
- Genuine self-motivation—ready to work and improve every day.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds, with good vision and hearing (corrected is fine).
- Punctuality, strong communication, and collaborative instincts.
- Automotive experience is a plus—but we train motivated rookies who take pride in their work.
- Weekends off, plus holidays and vacation time.
