South Umpqua School District has an opening at South Umpqua High School for an Instructional Assistant for the 2025/2026 school year.
Minimum Qualifications:
Paraprofessionals are required to have at least an associate’s degree or the equivalent of that. Passing the placement Test will meet this requirement. Information about the test can be obtained from the personnel office.
Ability to work independently and follow written and oral directions. Patience, compassion, and understanding required. Must have the ability to establish respectful relationships with students.
Assignment is 6.5 hours per day / 5 days per week/10-month employee
Salary Range: $19.13-$27.09
This is a benefited position. Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; employer-paid PERS.
