This is a department head role reporting directly to the Administrator. Salaried position with weekly pay. Worcester Rehab is a 146-bed skilled nursing facility.

As the Director of Therapeutic Recreation, you plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the recreation department.
Education & Experience :
- Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Have at least one (1) year experience or training in directing group activity.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare setting is preferred.
