Addiction Case Manager
Description
Southeast Healthcare is seeking a case manager to provide direct services to persons with substance use disorders. This case manager will join other team members to provide referral and linkage to resources, crisis intervention, group and individual interventions, prevention, consultation, and education services, as well as advocacy and treatment.
Position Requirements
Minimum of AAS / BA & CDCA required.
