Description
Removal and installation of HVAC filters in campus building and housing units as scheduled.
Assist with the installation of new HVAC units or the replacement of HVAC equipment for campus buildings.
Assist with the installation and/or removal of appliances for campus housing.
Cleans HVAC coils to ensure the HVAC equipment is operating properly.
Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC equipment
Troubleshoots and repairs appliances.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Previous experience would be preferred but it is not necessary. You will be trained on the job.
