Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from various sources into the company database
• Verify and maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Generate and update reports as needed for project tracking
• Assist in organizing and filing documents related to electrical projects
• Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements
• Support accounting and project management teams with necessary data entry tasks
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in data entries or records
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with construction or electrical service industry terminology is a plus
