- Certified Nursing and CPR qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms using the English language.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from residents, patients, physicians, peers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to Maintain SNF operations guidelines and operations.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to identified resident care requirements and staffing needs.
