Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and perform cash management duties
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Assist members with account inquiries and problem resolution
- Promote products and services to customers
- Adhere to all policies and procedures
- Back up account updating and opening as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- Proficient in 10-key typing
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience as a teller or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) candidates is a plus, but not required
