Location: Barnwell County, SC
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
Additional Hours: My be available based on performance and reliability (we often have ongoing projects)

About the Role
We’re a working homestead in Barnwell County looking for a dependable Farm Hand to help with daily animal care, cleaning, and a variety of hands-on projects. This job is physical and requires someone who shows up, works hard, and takes responsibility seriously.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is a little bit of everything, including:
- Feeding and caring for poultry and other farm animals
- Cleaning stalls, coops, and pens (yes, this includes a lot of manure cleanup)
- Gathering eggs and handling daily farm chores
- Assisting with building and repair projects (fencing, shelters, basic structures, etc.)
- Seasonal duties such as brush hogging (tractor experience is a plus; we can teach the right person)
- General cleanup and property maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability is everything here — we need someone who shows up consistently and on time
- Strong work ethic required (this is hands-on, dirty, physical work)
- No formal experience required, but you must be willing to learn and work hard
- Rudimentary knowledge of poultry and farm animals is helpful
- Able to lift, climb, and work outdoors in heat/cold
- Comfortable working around animals, dirt, odors, and messes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from our Barnwell County location
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Experience using a small tractor
- Painting skills
- Ability to build/repair structures competently
- Basic tool experience (drills, saws, fencing tools, etc.)
