Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to keep America rolling with our family-owned company that continues to grow after 50 years in business.
This job position covers a wide range of duties and day-to-day activities. A significant amount of time will be spent answering phone calls, billing customers, taking payments, dispatching technicians, and coordinating repair services.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and providing customer service
- Communicating with both customers and coworkers in the local office as well as in the corporate office
- Utilizing our point-of-sale system to find and add information and orders
Skills / Education / Requirements:
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, accounts payable/receivable, logistics, etc. experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Great customer service skills
- Effective communication via email and phone
- Must be capable of multi-tasking and working in high pace environment
