ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Growing real estate/property management company seeks an Assistant Property Manager to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with people from all walks of life.
Must be a team player, willing to assist supervisor and co-workers.
Must be computer-literate and proficient in Word & Excel.
Experience with AppFolio software preferred.
Position requires daily interaction with residents, clients and contractors.
You will be answering phones, processing rental applications, filing, assisting with property walk-throughs and move-ins, collecting rent payments, entering and assigning work orders for tenants & following-up with vendors and maintenance team on work orders. Other duties as assigned.
Fair Housing Act (FHA) training provided.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of customer service experience as well as 3 years of administrative experience.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with 1 hour off for lunch
- Rotating on-call after hours as needed
- Pay: $13.00-$15.00/hour, based on experience
Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work.
Must pass a criminal background investigation, Department of Public Safety inspection, credit history review and personal and professional reference check.
