As a Polished Concrete and Epoxy Estimator, you'll start your day energized, knowing you'll be deciphering intricate specifications, collaborating with design enthusiasts, and transforming visions into tangible proposals. Your mornings will be filled with strategic planning and site visits, where you'll delve into every detail, conducting precise measurements and taking note of client aspirations. As the sun climbs higher, you'll be immersed in harnessing the power of PDF take-off software, conjuring estimates that dance between artistry and accuracy. But it doesn't end there. WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Familiar with polished concrete and epoxy in order to understand specifications and build proposals
Preferred:
- Experience bidding and selling both polished concrete and epoxy jobs
- Ability to speak with customers as an expert in both trades
