Available position for Full-Time Treatment Coordinator with leading Allergy, Asthma & Immunology practice in North Texas. Our 5 metroplex locations have earned multiple awards including "D Magazine's Best Doctor" in Allergy & Asthma and "Texas' Super Doctor." Medical office experience preferred to perform various administrative duties to coordinate patient care. Responsibilities include:
- patient scheduling and intake
- insurance processing
- physician referrals
- knowledge of various allergy, asthma, and immunology procedures
- patient reports and mailings
- co-pay and deductible collections
- financial estimates for treatment
- electronic medical records
