We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Asbestos Remediation team!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to our team, ensuring smooth operations of our processes. The ideal applicant will have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to be a team player.
Job Responsibilities
- Processing vendor and supplier invoices
- Issuing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Review weekly, hourly payroll for field employees
- Verify the accuracy of overtime compensation
- Recognize and correct apparent discrepancies/deviations
- Provide administrative assistance to field employees
- Assist other members of the team as needed or assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English is preferred
Job Requirements
- College degree is preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales administration or a similar role is preferred.
