Position: Digital Skills Specialist

- Hours: Part-time up to 29 hrs. per week
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments and provide individualized Chromebook lesson plans for seniors
- Provide in-home training sessions focused on Chrome OS apps, web browsing, and other Chromebook skills
- Troubleshoot issues and offer ongoing Chromebook support
- Track progress and address additional training needs
- Maintain training records and complete assessments
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of Chrome OS, Chromebooks, and Google apps
- Excellent instructional and senior-friendly communication skills
- Experience teaching and working with seniors
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts
- Patience and empathy
Requirements:
- Reliable personal transportation for home visits
- Proof of valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Clear background check
This is a part-time remote position of up to 29 hours per week with a pay rate of $14.68 hourly, plus mileage reimbursement. Training and communication devices are provided. Hours are flexible.
