JOB HOURS: 8:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
REPORTS TO: ELECTRONIC SERVICES MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY: Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service while assisting customers with Electronic Services. This position must acquire and maintain a working knowledge of bank products and services to recognize cross sell opportunities and refer customers. Serves as a specialized contact for SMB Online, Cash Management, ATM's, and Merchant Services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides customer service excellence in accordance with our standards and philosophy.
- Daily customer contact involving Electronic Banking Services.
- Provides on-site assistance for Electronic Banking Service business customers.
- Performs daily functions for SMB Online, Cash Management, and ATM's promptly and efficiently.
- Cross trains in merchant processing duties.
- Participates in community events for SMB.
- Recognizes opportunities to cross sell bank products and services.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional attitude and appearance, with excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position is largely sedentary; however, filing and the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, printers and fax machines are required. Ability to make on-site customer calls for Electronic Banking Services. The ability to sit, bend, squat, twist and lift/carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. is also required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior teller or banking experience required. College degree and/or Electronic Services experience is preferred.
