As a Primary Care Physician for a San Fernando Valley FQHC, you will be part of an organization with a long history of providing culturally competent and age-appropriate medical, dental, and mental health services to low-income and medically underserved residents. Our Patient Centered Medical Home model focuses on 100% outpatient care, with an average patient census of 16 to 20 patients per day, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek.
