What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Transportation (No CDL Required) position at Southwest Vermont Supervisory Union - Special Ed?
- Provide transportation daily (Monday-Friday) to students to and from Bennington/Rutland, Bennington/Pittsfield, and locally within Bennington, Shaftsbury, and Pownal regions
- Approximately 4 hours per day with flexibility for additional hours
- Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard mileage rate (65.5 cents per mile)
- Transportation done with personal vehicle
- Vehicle must be up to date on inspection
- Automobile insurance required – district insurance covers liability of driver
- Applicant must have a clean driving and criminal background check
- Driver may have an additional adult passenger for some transportation runs
