Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leasing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences for our residents and prospective residents. Key responsibilities include:

1. Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-tier support to residents and prospects, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Leasing and Marketing: Showcase our properties, secure new leases, and collaborate with marketing teams to promote our communities.
3. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process lease packages, and perform various administrative duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
