Sovereign Home Health is looking for an LPN with self determination and organized skills to see home bound patients, providing skilled interventions such as wound care, blood draws, med setup, health status evaluations, ADL assistance, and a wide variety of other nursing skills. This position is a part time position with hours ranging between 22 and 30 per week. There are benefits available with ETO and sick time accrual, as well.
