Salary Range: $14.50 per hour
A Valet Dispatcher must be organized and professional. They are required to maintain a positive and friendly attitude in a fast-paced and hectic environment. Their responsibilities include cash handling, answering calls, coordinating valet runs, and organizing and monitoring guests’ keys.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Dispatchers must be able to maintain an organized and professional work environment in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The dispatcher will be required to accept and process valet fees, answer multiple inquiries simultaneously, coordinate the parking and retrieving of guest vehicles while keeping track of all vehicle keys.

Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.
- Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.
- Must successfully pass any other additional pre-employment background screening.
- Needs to be familiar and comfortable with computers.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to work in fast paced, high volume active guest service environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Follow company appearance guidelines.
- Uphold clients guest service guidelines and values.
- Ability to lift 70lbs
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions

Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes.
