How You'll Drive Success:
- Drive complex deployments of Splunk while working with the customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases
- Leverage previous experiences, share best practices, and create innovative solutions that will maximize customers’ value of Splunk and aid in user adoption
- Knowledge transfer to customers throughout a project lifecycle
- Develop product expertise in Splunk premium apps
- Develop and continually extend domain expertise in IT Security & observability.
- Hold an active Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect Certification
- 4 years of Splunk experience
- 5-10 years of overall industry experience as a technology practitioner (in IT Operations and Security)
- Experience in requirements gathering around the Splunk tool, documenting requirements, requirement analysis, product testing, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
