Spa Medicca is a premier, five-star medical spa providing a full-service menu of aesthetic medicine and skincare treatments. We are proud to be recognized as a Top 150 medical spa practice, ranking in the top 1% in the entire United States for Botox, Juvéderm, and CoolSculpting procedures. We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team at our new location in Mason, OH. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office and providing exceptional patient care.
Duties:
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all patient inquiries including, telephone, email, form leads, and website.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in all circumstances.
- Selling products and services to new and existing customers.
- Understanding customer needs and communicating how products or services can add value.
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate continuous quality improvement in accordance with established practice standards.
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritization of tasks, shifting of deadlines, coordination with multiple departments and individuals, implementation of organizational and tracking processes, etc.
- Skillful in adapting a well-spoken communication style to interact with a variety of personality types, while ensuring any message is conveyed clearly and concisely.
- Able to work effectively with physicians and staff members to prioritize and organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with all staff.
- Capable of processing requests for information quickly and accurately, and involving other employees, when appropriate, to ensure patient needs are met.
- Dedication to presenting a professional and positive image to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working in the health care of customer service industry
- Familiarity with the health care industry and/or medical practice operations such as, patient privacy practices, and medical terminology is preferred, but not required.
- History of being proactive and resourceful, especially in situations with limited guidance
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Required Skills:
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of the latest versions of Microsoft Office and Meevo; ability to work in other programs and quickly adapt to new software.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times and representing the practice appropriately in emails, telephonically, and in conversation.
- Commitment to maintaining progressive knowledge and skills essential to successfully perform the duties outlined herein. Willingness for continued learning.
Education:
- High school or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time, 36-40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Experience: Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
