Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient operations and meet production targets.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and machine operation as needed.
- Follow established operating procedures and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Lift objects of varying weights as required.
- Use specialized tools, with appropriate training provided.
- Demonstrate adaptability by learning new skills and operating in evolving environments.
- Show flexibility in working various shifts, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Follow standardized procedures repetitively while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Good physical stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of standing, walking, stooping, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) during the workday.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
Job Type: Contract
