DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wash dishes and utensils
- Maintain stock of clean cookware,
- Work to maintain the high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- May clean the dining room after meals as requested.
- May assist or take responsibility for setting up the kitchen in the morning or breaking it down in the evening.
- Perform scheduled housekeeping tasks within the kitchen and dining areas as assigned by the Dietary Manager when necessary
- Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
- Our ideal candidate will be organized, have high attention to detail, able to multi task efficiently and effectively.
- 6 months previous experience in healthcare or hospitality environment (hotel, resort, hospital) preferred.
- Candidates must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
