REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in car wash management or retail is our priority, but not necessary.
- Demonstrated passion for customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with a knack for team motivation.
- Effective communication skills with both staff and customers.
- Financial literacy with experience managing budgets and schedules.
- Proficient with modern retail technology, POS systems, and maybe even spreadsheets.
- Minimum of 45 hours weekly availability, including weekends.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, starting with our full-support paid training program.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks, with accommodations if necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and Motivate the sales personnel focused on converting retail customers into happy unlimited members.
- Champion the daily management and operation of the car wash facility.
- Drive recruitment, training, and development of a customer-centric team.
- Uphold stellar customer service, gaining loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
