We are looking for aΒ proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Manager / Customer Service RepresentativeΒ to oversee our online sales and customer experience. This role is crucial for driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Managementβ Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
β Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon Seller Central, BigCommerce, and other platforms.
β Oversee social media content creation and marketing on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
β Create invoices using QuickBooks and process returns/refunds efficiently.
β Audit and optimize product listings for better customer experience and increased revenue.
β Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Customer Serviceβ Answer customer phone calls and respond to messages across online platforms.
β Assist customers professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
β Display excellent phone and email etiquette while managing customer inquiries and concerns.
β Effectively update and maintain customer information in databases.
β Think outside the box to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues.
Requirements & QualificationsπΉ Proven experience in e-commerce management or customer service.
πΉ Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central & BigCommerce.
πΉ Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.
πΉ Familiarity with QuickBooks for invoicing and refunds.
πΉ Basic HTML knowledge for website updates.
πΉ Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
πΉ Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
πΉ Strong analytical skills to track and optimize online sales performance.
πΉ Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
