Spartan Emergency Water Removal is looking to add 2 individuals to our mitigation team to sell, manage, and oversee the mitigation and remediation projects. The Mitigation Project Manager performs site inspections, documents losses with accurate measurements, and manages the project by proving direction and coordination of all field activities related to the mitigation crews and coordinated subcontractors. We are looking for an individual that is not only willing but passionate about rolling up their sleeves and self-performing on job sites to meet our customers’ needs.

Spartan Emergency Water Removal is a USMC Disabled Veteran owned and operated company specializing in water, fire, mold, storm, asbestos and lead, and reconstruction services. We proudly serve the commercial and residential clients of Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Richmond, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
· Monitor crews for areas that may need more training.
· Inspect new water loss and mold remediation jobs.
· Provide crews with scope of work to be completed and assist them if necessary.
· Provide regular updates and reports to customers and management on project status and any deviations from the original scope of work.
· Document detailed notes.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays or disruptions.
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
· Minimum of 2 years of mitigation experience and project management.
· IICRC certifications preferred.
· Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
· Successful completion of background screening. Due to insurance contracts, candidates with felony convictions will not be considered. Any misdemeanor convictions will need to be discussed with HR for contract compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
