Spartan Emergency Water Removal is looking to add 2-3 individuals to our mitigation team to perform water damage repair to include water extraction, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, and demolition as directed by the project manager. The Mitigation Technician is responsible for setting up and managing the drying equipment, assist with performing moisture mapping and loss documentation, and working directly with the project manager, crew chief, and coordinator to capture required on site documentation.

We proudly serve the commercial and residential clients of Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Richmond, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
· Assist in demolition and prepare areas/rooms for work activities and equipment.
· Perform water extraction, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and cleanup after loss.
· Operate air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and other mitigation equipment
· Document detailed notes.
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
· Mitigation experience preferred
· IICRC certifications preferred
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
