Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of five (5) years of trade experience in landscaping work and at least one (1) year in leadership of supervisory capacity. Any combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the requirements of the position.
Must possess a valid South Carolina driver's license, have reliable transportation, and be insurable under Spartanburg Housing's automobile insurance plan.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Supervises the installation and modification of new and existing landscape project sites.
- This position directs the Prison Inmate Program and overseas the groundskeeping inmates.
- Coordinates with maintenance regarding work order assignments.
- Performs landscaping duties such as pruning bushes, raking leaves, cutting grass, mulching of properties, and removing trash.
