Spaulding High School seeks a Behavior Specialist to partner with staff and support students. Using trauma-informed practices, the specialist will determine the need for socio-emotional development and growth through discussion and analysis of behavioral incidents with students. The specialist will work to develop, implement, evaluate, and assess the effectiveness of plans and intervention systems toward reducing disruptive and maladaptive behaviors, as well as oversee and manage a student support center.
