Job Duties
- Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction. Process titles, review title commitments, conduct closings, and issuance of title policies/policies.
- Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner.
- Provide superior customer service in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and core values. Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.
- As necessary, assist and support other team members with pre-closing and post-closing duties.
- A college degree is preferred, but not required
- Alabama Title Insurance License (preferred)
