Job Description: (Immediate Hire)
We are currently searching for a RBT to support a learner in their home setting in the Reynolds Corners area. The registered behavior technician will provide 1-on-1 support to a young learner with autism to work on behavioral and daily living goals.
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct client care in one-on-one/home setting
- Teach new skills under the guidance of a lead therapist (BCBA)
- Collecting and recording data based on client behavior using a company provided laptop/tablet
- Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress
- Assisting lead therapist (BCBA) in the preparation of client learning materials
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
Experience in supporting children with special education needs
Must successfully pass BCI/FBI check
Must hold Registered Behavior Technician certification or be willing to within 60 days of hire. We will provide training free of charge.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday-Friday
9AM-1PM
(20 hours weekly)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
