Hybrid BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)

Work Model:
Hybrid
Direct: 50% Remote / 50% In-Person
Indirect: 100% Remote

Location:
Riverside, CA – Including Mira Loma, Moreno Valley and surrounding communities within a 20-25 mile radius.

In-Home & Center-Based at the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (C.A.D.D.)

Salary:
$88,000 – $110,000 annually Monthly Bonuses

Your Role as a BCBA:

  • Design and oversee ABA interventions for children with autism and other developmental disabilities in both home and center-based settings.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and provide evidence-based therapy tailored to the needs of individual clients.
  • Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on client needs and behavior goals.
  • Collaborate with mid-level supervisors to ensure proper implementation of ABA therapy by Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Monitor and analyze data from BTs and clients to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and ensure progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including families and other clinical staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Current and valid)
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Experience in clinical settings preferred, though new BCBAs are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
