Assistant Credit Manager

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Credit Manager to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts, data entry, and customer service. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent math skills, and have experience in account reconciliation, we encourage you to apply.

*Responsibilities*

-Monitor net 30 accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, and communicate with customers about billing discrepancies

· Identify past due items, credit limit exceeded, by driving discussions with the customer, and sales teams

· Resolving collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line

· Maintain collections, customer credit lines, and account balances to ensure compliance of established payment terms, credit limits, and minimize credit exposure

· Able to verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from customers, sales, and customer service

· Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients via phone

· In the absence of the Credit Manager, oversee staff and monitor operations to ensure an efficient workflow

*Qualifications*

· High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in credit and collections.

· Strong understanding of all facets of credit and collections with excellent customer service skills, ability to organize and prioritize work, able to work independently or as part of a team and can adjust work schedule in accordance with job objectives.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and staff

· Prior experience with portals is a huge plus.
