Specialized Property Management Group, LLC is a Memphis based company specializing in the management of Class A Multi-Family Apartment Communities. We base our success on listening and understanding the needs of our residents, owners, and employees. All of these components must be considered in all decisions for a property to operate at its full potential. This requires the management company to understand the goals of the ownership group/developer, resident expectations, and professional development of its employees.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of exterior of the property.
DUTIES:
- Clean grounds on a continuous, daily basis.
- Responsible for the exterior curb appeal and cleanliness.
- Report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Property Manager.
- Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical exterior.
- Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the property.
- Assist residents with special needs.
- Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.
Qualifications
Must be able to work well with others as a team
and take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work
independently. Basic writing and reading skills required. Responsible for daily
upkeep and cleaning exterior of the property. A commitment to exceptional
customer service is critical.
