Training Facilitator - Safety Expertise

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Safety Specialist Lead to join our team at Specialty Granules LLC (SGI). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating on-site activities for New Miner Training, Part 46 Refresher Training, and task training safety reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for employees.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience performing core job functions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
