What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Administrative Support position at Specialty Infusion Center?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Support Specialist to support our Specialty Infusion Care team in Gaylord, MI. This is a temporary, full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week) and is not benefits-eligible. The role may transition to a permanent position in the future based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do (Temporary Responsibilities)
- Rename and organize patient files and medical records
- Enter data into our electronic medical record (EMR) system (WeInfuse)
- Provide general administrative support to help streamline daily workflow
- Assist with clerical tasks as assigned by the team lead
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience working in a medical office or with medical records is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- On-site in Gaylord, MI
- Temporary position (not eligible for company benefits)
