Job Title: Ocean Control Tower Specialist / Logistics Specialist II
Job Location: St Paul, MN 55102 (Hybrid)
Hybrid – MWF Home, TU/TH Onsite
Shift - 7:30AM until 4 PM CST
Job Duration: 6 Months
Job Responsibilities
- Manage NA Export Warehouse Schedule & Capacity
- Represent the International Logistics Team at Daily Operational Meetings with Warehouses
- Meeting Preparation including analysis of Export Shipments from Delivery Creation to PGI
- Consistent follow up & communication with Internal and External customers regarding Export Shipment Exceptions & Delays
- Manage Ocean Control Tower Inbox including escalations and troubleshooting
Other Central Operations Tasks as required
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently and interact within a team atmosphere
- Strong computer skills using common office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong Communication skills
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with SAP and TMS systems
2. Experience in International Logistics Environment
3. Working knowledge of Hazmat regulations – DOT, IMO, IATA
4. Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Required Education:
Associate’s degree or Higher
Preferred Education:
Degree in business, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation
Salary : $23 - $25
