Job Title: Senior Talent Advisor

Duration: 12 Months | Hybrid (1 day remote per week)
We are seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to join our team and partner with our Wealth, Advice, and Specialized Relationships organizations. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring licensed financial professionals across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Partner with stakeholders and HR to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on role expectations.
- Source candidates through online channels and targeted industry events.
- Manage 20–25 requisitions across multiple geographies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of recruiting experience.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, licensing, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ATS systems.
Salary : $45 - $49
