Pay rate: $55,000-$65,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.
Direct care experience working with at-risk youth and previous supervisory experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
The Assistant Director is responsible for:
The overall daily operations of shifts and the accountability and supervision of all line staff; maintains full responsibility for program operations in the Director's absence
Ensuring log entries, incident reports, security checks are accurate and complete
Training and supervising all shift supervisors on Spectrum/DYS polices and procedures
Assisting the Program Director in training and orientation of new staff, planning managers meetings, and staff meetings
Participating fully in the On-Call Coverage System
Crisis management
Interviewing and hiring program staff in concert with the Program Director
Participating in internal investigations of serious residential incidents
