Location: Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department in Boston, MA Schedule: Per Diem
Pay rate: $28.85/hour

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human services, criminal justice, education or closely related field required
CADC, LADC 2 or other comparable certification/license or equivalent experience with substance use treatment groups/services required
Must have experience working with justice involved individuals and/or in a correctional setting.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience working with those afflicted with substance use and opioid use disorders.
Staff must be able to pass extensive background check and pass drug screening
The Counselor is responsible for:
Providing evidence based psychoeducation to offenders according to approved curriculum and completing required documentation.
