Annual base pay: ~$40,000 – $60,000 based on experience, w/potential bonus

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Sourcing Support
- Assist with posting job openings to applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms
- Source and identify candidates through resumes, databases, and online recruiting tools
- Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens for entry-level and support roles
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting activity
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple calendars
- Communicate interview details, follow-ups, and next steps to candidates
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support offer letter preparation and pre-hire documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and onboarding coordination
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate flow, and hiring activity
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements as assigned
- Partner with senior recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruiting strategy discussions
- Support high-volume hiring initiatives when needed
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Healthcare, professional services, or multi-site recruiting experience
- Familiarity with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiting role
