Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Location of Center: 33043 Egypt Ln, Magnolia, TX 77354

Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst Salary: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00

Sign-on/ Relocation Bonus: $5,000.00

Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Behavior Analyst license in the state of Texas

A Day in the Life of Our Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst:

As a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst, you will provide quality services to a caseload of children from 24 months to years of adolescence. Our therapists will work with kiddos with a broad spectrum of abilities. This would include setting up equipment, organizing paperwork, and organizing fun activities to help get the most out of your treatments. Along with completing the following daily tasks:

  • Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
  • Design, supervise, and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client.
  • Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Design caregiver training plans and implement them with parents/caregivers of individuals with autism.
