Case Manager (BCBA)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Case Manager is responsible for all things clinical within their managed/supervised caseload. The Case Manager position will drive our technicians and clients to meeting their treatment plan goals.

RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:
- Oversee client clinical teams
- Provide programming, design data collection, and conduct behavior analysis
- Oversee training and management of staff
- Oversee facilitating monthly team meetings with family and child’s clinical team members
- Oversee parent training
- Oversee Behavior Management Plan proposals
- Oversee development and writing of treatment reports
- Oversee establishment and maintenance of positive relations with family members
- Oversee establishment and maintenance of positive relations with stake holders
- Attend stake holder meetings (IPP & IEP)
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- M.A. Degree or above in related field; BCBA Certification
- Advanced knowledge of curriculum, programming, team development and training/management of staff, behavior analysis, and data collection
- Advanced level of professional skills
- Cleared with California Department of Justice
BASIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment.
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior.
- Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
- Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home and community placements.
- Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
- Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites.
- Must have a valid California Driver’s License & insurance in good standing.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
- Required: minimum 2 years’ experience working in ABA Treatment or child development
EDUCATION:
- Required: Master's Degree and BCBA Certification
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
- Employment Supervisor: Executive Director
RELATED TRAINING:
- Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings once employed including, but not limited to: CPR, Fingerprinting & Background Checks, RBT trainings and other company in-services and trainings as directed by employment supervisor.
