As the QIDP, you are a compassionate leader entrusted with guiding the direct care staff responsible for improving the outcomes of our participants. You are committed to the highest standards of professional excellence. You bring a passion for developing a team, find meaningful ways for participants to grow, and are accountable for the ultimate safety and well-being of all concerned.
What You Will Own…
You are responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing care plans for each participant.
You are accountable for direct supervision of house managers and their associated care staff to ensure appropriate training support and team management.
You ensure all mandatory compliance and reporting is complete and timely.
You will provide on call crisis support as needed.
Compensation includes competitive salary, paid time off, company paid 401k, and company funded pension plan.

Education and Experience
- Meet the qualifications of a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) as described in 42 CFR 483.430(a)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
