Spectrum Staffing Group is actively recruiting an HRIS Administrator with an expertise in UKG.
Position Summary:
Join a fast-paced, dynamic team as an HRIS Administrator! This role is the driving force behind the UKG Pro platform—supporting Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Learning, Performance, and Compensation. From leading system upgrades to delivering high-impact reports and dashboards, this position plays a critical role in shaping HR operations and decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and optimize UKG Pro system administration, including configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and global rollouts.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Learning teams to support system use, troubleshoot issues, and guide best practices.
- Research and resolve technical issues; escalate and collaborate with UKG support as needed.
- Keep pace with UKG release updates—implementing new features and improving user experience.
- Launch and manage recurring HR processes (reviews, merit increases, compliance, etc.).
- Maintain accurate documentation, user guides, and admin instructions across multiple regions.
- Control and audit user access, permissions, and system security protocols.
- Build, run, and maintain advanced Cognos reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks, enhance reporting, and streamline workflows.
- Support post-implementation cleanup, data integrity, and system audits.
- Jump in on other projects as assigned—your input is valued and visible.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience (required)
- Excel wizardry (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator with a customer-first approach
- Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
- Familiarity with HR/Payroll compliance and confidentiality practices
- Agile mindset—comfortable juggling shifting priorities
- Experience with Cognos reporting tools preferred
- Bonus: Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in a similar role
