You showcase how our business solutions simplify the technology and communications needs of healthcare organizations. After completing our award-winning training, you proactively pursue new healthcare accounts while managing an existing portfolio. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment and travel regularly.
How you can make a difference:
· Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
· Consult with prospective clients and grow key relationships within named accounts to develop product solutions.
· Develop proposals and facilitate presentations that present client recommendations.
· Conceptualize and implement strategic sales plans to capture new sales and upsell to existing clients.
· Build a network through referrals, prospecting calls, trade shows and peers to self-generate leads.
· Qualify new leads and request site surveys to determine building serviceability.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
· Experience: Five or more years of telecommunications B2B sales experience with a proven record meeting a $5,000 monthly quota at the C-Suite level.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
· Technical Skills: Familiar with LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks and fiber networks.
· Skills: Networking building, negotiation, presentation, closing and English communication skills.
· Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to conduct consultative analyses and provide recommendations.
· Travel: Travel up to 70% of the time. Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Preferred qualifications:
Five or more years of experience selling data, voice, cloud and video solutions.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
