Job Overview
To clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes of Guest departure. Maintain and stock bus stations. Keep the dining area cleaned and maintained. Refill beverages, clear plates, and assist with overall table maintenance.
Job Functions
· Complete opening duties as assigned.
· Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas.
· Remove soiled wares from tables as assigned and transport to dishwashing areas.
· Make all varieties of service station drinks (i.e., coffees, and teas) in accordance with restaurant
standards.
· Anticipate Guests' needs,respond promptly and acknowledges all Guests, however busy.
· Interact in courteous and professional manner with Guest, supervisors, and employees.
· Interact with people beyond giving and receiving instructions, particularly in resolving Guest complaints.
· Clean and reset tables within 3 minutes of Guest departure.
· Complete closing duties as assigned.
· Follow supervisor's instructions.
· Notify management of any pertinent information regarding shift activities.
· Complete bathroom checks every 30 minutes and stock supplies as needed.
