Job Summary
We are a well-established private practice looking for someone to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service while enhancing your skills in a dynamic office environment!
Daily responsibilities include : Assisting in helping run the clinic, helping room patients, monitor patient flow, Scheduling, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, EMR charting, and other administrative tasks. The candidate must have strong computer literacy and experience in medical insurance verification, and authorizations. Also, the candidate must be multitask oriented, motivated, able to handle incoming patients, must be a self-starter and willing to learn all aspects of the business related to Speech and hearing healthcare, Hearing aids etc.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and maintain an organized calendar for office activities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as checking in, checking out, collect payment, filing, data entry, creating daily service log and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and communication purposes.
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling client records.
- Assist with other office duties as needed to support team operations.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish language.
- Must have experience with medical insurance verification for 5 years.
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk receptionist for 5 years..
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
